AI Infrastructure & Game Development Tools

We Build What Should Exist.

We got tired of broken tools nobody was going to fix. So we built our own. Three developers. No investors. No horseshit.

Infrastructure That Actually Works

We got tired of debugging bad tooling at 2am. So we built our own. Autogenesis is the proof: a live game where players win or lose, there's no operator to fix mistakes, and every classification has to be correct — because wrong means an angry customer.

TPipe

AI That Doesn't Forget. Or Drift. Or Stop.

TPipe is the operating environment for AI agents that need to remember, coordinate, and run autonomously — not just respond once and forget. ContextBank persists across every call. P2P orchestration coordinates agent swarms. Reasoning Pipes cut token usage 75%. And KillSwitch keeps everything from going off the rails.

  • ContextBank — persistent memory that outlives any single inference call
  • P2P Registry — distributed agent coordination with automatic failover
  • Reasoning Pipes — 75% token reduction without losing depth
  • KillSwitch — safety propagation that stops cascade failures

  • WorldContextScanner — the __WorldContext fix
  • ConsoleX3 — networking console replacement
  • UBuild — Kotlin-based UE build automation

Debugging

TStep

AI Debugging Agent

LLDB-powered step-through debugging for AI agents. Real variable inspection, stack frame access, breakpoint management — via the DAP protocol, controlled by TPipe's Manifold orchestration.

  • LLDB integration via DAP
  • Real-time variable inspection
  • TPipe Manifold orchestration

ChronoTrace

Stack-Trace Aware Logging for AI Agents

ChronoTrace pairs every stamped log entry with its exact stack frame — automatically. The client captures call stacks; the server indexes and serves them via MCP. When a coding agent encounters a log message, it asks ChronoTrace and gets the full execution context back — turning black-box logging into step-through debugging.

  • Client captures stack frames at log time
  • MCP server serves frame context on query
  • Link stamped logs to exact execution context
  • ClickHouse + Valkey backend

Built What We Hated

Every project we build starts the same way: finding something that should be simple, discovering it's a nightmare, and deciding we'd rather fix it than live with it.

That's not a pitch. That's just who we are. Three developers who got tired of:

Tools that barely work Bad UI, bad command lines, no consistency. Error messages that just say "broke, no work" with nothing useful in them.
Subscription prices that don't justify themselves Paying absurd fees for products that don't deliver. And closed source on top of it — you can't even see what's wrong.
Bad code, no accountability Nobody to blame, nobody to fix it. You're just stuck with it and have to work around it forever.
Support that makes things worse Forum neckbeards instead of people you'd actually want in the same room with you. The inverse of helpful.
Our Position
"We got tired of settling. TPipe isn't another wrapper — it's what you get when you actually understand how LLM orchestration should work, because you had to build it to survive. Not to pitch a Series A."

— Cage Frushell, CTO of Ten Trillion Triangles

01

Battle-Tested, Not Benchmarked

We don't publish synthetic benchmarks. TPipe runs Autogenesis — hundreds of billions of tokens, real players, real money at stake. If it breaks, we know.

02

Transparent Limitations

Every tool has tradeoffs. We document ours. TPipe isn't the right choice for every use case — and we'll tell you that upfront.

03

No Vendor Lock-in

Open source everything we ship. TPipe, UE plugins, everything. Use it, fork it, build on it. We're not trying to own your infrastructure.

Building What's Next

Two projects currently in development. Both solve problems that shouldn't exist in 2026.

Coming Soon

ArkVCS

Version Control That Finally Works

Built for the era of AI agents, binary assets, and distributed teams. No more IDE plugins, no more "where did my file go?", no more passwords to leak. Hardware-locked security, instant retrieval, AI-powered merges. Free forever — no subscriptions, no SaaS.

Built for How You Actually Work UI, CLI, and admin tooling all done right. Auto-detects changes — no IDE plugin required.
Hardware-Locked Security No passwords. Auth files tied to your machine. Admins can lock usage to specific hardware.
Binary Files, First Class Exclusive checkout safety with distributed support. No corruption, instant retrieval.
AI-Powered Merges TPipe handles conflict resolution. Even painful merges are a snap.

Autogenesis

Real Multiplayer AI Game

Our proof-of-concept that TPipe works at scale. Real infrastructure, real players, real AI. Built with Kotlin Multiplatform, AccelByte backend, KVision browser UI. This is what happens when you don't compromise on AI infrastructure.

Real Multiplayer Not a demo. Not a simulation. Actual players, actual infrastructure.
AI That Doesn't Drift Hundreds of billions of tokens processed. Unjailbreakable. TPipe keeps it on track.
Battle-Tested Stack Kotlin Multiplatform, AccelByte, Ktor, Electron. The full stack.
Free to Play No microtransactions. No grinding. Just the game.

Contract Development & Consulting

We don't just ship products — we take on client work when we can actually help. We say yes to projects that kept us up at night. Problems where you need to understand the whole stack, where production failures hurt, where the answer lives in source code, not documentation.

Unreal Engine Development

Five years deep in UE internals. We've shipped multiplayer games with AccelByte, built custom Netcode, reverse-engineered Blueprint VM quirks, and solved problems that require understanding the engine at a source code level.

  • Multiplayer/netcode optimization
  • Blueprint to C++ conversion
  • Custom plugin development
  • AccelByte backend integration

AI Infrastructure

TPipe's architecture is battle-tested. We build custom AI orchestration systems — multi-agent coordination, context management, production reliability. If you need AI that runs in production and doesn't drift, we know how.

  • Multi-agent system design
  • LLM integration & optimization
  • Context/prompt engineering
  • Production deployment

Systems Architecture

Distributed systems, real-time infrastructure, Kotlin Multiplatform, GraalVM native compilation. We architect systems that scale — and actually understand what "production ready" means.

  • Distributed system design
  • Kotlin Multiplatform
  • GraalVM native compilation
  • Ktor/Netty servers

We're selective about contracts — only taking work where we can deliver genuine expertise, not just bodies. If you have something interesting, let's talk.
